Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of GST. Prices of products, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to variations and availability. All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges and are ex Melbourne. Delivery Charges are additional to the listed product price and are outlined on the website.  Please refer to the Delivery Information section on the website.

Product Availability
At SmashGear we try our best to have all our products in stock when you place your order. However, due to delays in shipping, manufacturing and production, not every item is in stock for immediate shipment. We cannot confirm availability until you place your order.

Our normal processing time for in stock orders is 3 business days (excluding Weekends and Holidays). Customers can expect to receive merchandise 7-10 days from the date of order, depending on product availability and delivery location. A SmashGear Customer Service representative will contact you by phone if any item(s) ordered are unavailable or on backorder.

Claims
Claims for defective or damaged items must be notified to our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving the item. Items can either be replaced or if unavailable, a full refund will be offered.   

Returns
Item can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note, for any reason within 7 days from receipt of goods. The returned item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories. Freight costs for the return of incorrectly ordered goods will be the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative, by phoning 03 9874 6833.

Credit Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing our payment terms are 30 days from Invoice date.  All goods remain the property of SmashGear until invoice is paid in full.

Use of Products
Products are supplied on the basis of being used for designed purpose and are intended for use only for the activity described. The selection of suitability of products to be used by children remains at the discretion of the purchaser and should only be used under proper adult supervision.
